Boasting soaring ceiling heights surpassing 32 feet, our concrete walls are meticulously poured on-site and then effortlessly tilted up, with the option for insulated walls available upon request, ensuring top-notch energy efficiency and functionality as per specific project requirements.

In addition to our warehouse spaces, we offer premium office areas that can be seamlessly tailored to accommodate Tenant Improvements (T.I.), allowing our tenants the freedom to customize the spaces according to their distinct operational needs.
